I had purchased the 95 civic version way back in 98 and I can say from my previous experience that this is by far one of the most reliable car made. I have driven it quite smoothly for all the past years and the performance has been great. This 95 civic has required only minor changes till now like brakes, oil changes and tires.
I think we should be having more cars like these in the market a

Snap On Torque Wrench

I am more of a backyard mechanic and was planning to get a good torque wrench for me lately. However in the end my choices came to two options either to go with a snap on torque wrench or a craftsmen wrench.
Few of the things about craftsmen is its low price and good working however I heard many people complaining that the wrench failed within some time of it finishing its 1-2 year warrantly.

Perfect Zo6

I purchased a Zo6 a couple of months back and this car is a total beast when driving on highways. The fuel economy of this car has been around 25 mpg on long trips but the entire power and feel of its engine blows away any competition it might have.
I got a dark red color Zo6 with a good power output. Although earlier I was inclined towards the camaro but finally settled for the Zo6 because o

I have an old 80 truck which has a 350 engine. I was looking for increasing its performance somehow without too much expense. Finally ended up doing the upgrade to vortec heads on the suggestion of my local mechanic guy whom I have known for quite some years.
One of the main reasons why I wanted these vortec heads was to get more power in the range of 2500 to 3500 RPM and on the highway the n

We got a 75 nova a couple of weeks back and now working on fixing it to be in a great condition. Initially there was some problem with the parts however lately found some very good sellers which I used recently.
One very good one is “National Nostalgic Nova” another one being “U-PULL-IT”. These two have been quite a good source. Besides them I found a local mechanic who had worked on quite a

I had been looking to get my 400 sbc to 500hp however with the constraints of time and cash I was not able to get the desired results with few of the parts coming real short of my expectations.
I was given an option of scat 9000 crank however most of them are balanced externally and if I want anything balanced internally than it would require a forged crank and the overall cost of that easil

The entire work on this heads is great so the overall result is that I am faster and the engine area looks much nicer now.
The total power gain because of these sbc aluminum heads is simply amazi

Lately my car was leaking some oil and it used to have a black spot wherever I parked the car for more than a few hours. I did not pay much attention earlier but finally had to get it looked by a local mechanic to whom I had given other job also in the past. He pointed out that the oil cooler lines were bit worn out and had to be replaced.
Finally with the replacing of the oil cooler lines my
