The city of Gary in Indiana where michael jackson was born has decided to build a museum in his memory for a total expense of 300 million dollars. It will have a hotel, housing, golf center, performing arts and many other such similar amenities. This one will come out of mostly private funding and not out of the tax dollars of the citizen.
